This year's theme, "Making Innovation Your Business," is centered on the need to make and the ways to make innovation essential to the basic “fabric” of your organization. Speakers and working sessions will offer unique insights and methodologies for creating an environment and the corresponding systems that tap the creativity and ingenuity of people within and beyond the organization. Open innovation techniques and the latest thinking in areas of collaborative methods will be covered. Leadership and talent strategies that spawn innovative thinking and result in higher performance will also be a major focus.
